Attached are the results from EMPO’s more-or-less annual event at Lapland Lake. Turnout was down a bit this year, perhaps partly due to the event being re-scheduled twice, and perhaps because of the impending Empire State Games next weekend. Nonetheless I think those in attendance had a mostly good time on fine snow with decent weather, perhaps except for Mitch who lost a ski under the snowpack in stream (Lapland staff helped him get it back).
Thanks to all who came, and special thanks to Taras, Laszlo, Marty, and Eric for placing the controls on Saturday, and to Laszlo for picking up half of them on Sunday.
